If I purchased the Master Collection via the website, how do I get my lifetime access to the app?

You must install the app on your device. Then, email us and notify us of the email
address you want to use. Wait for a notification that the email has been added to the lifetime
members list.

 

Then, you can set up your account - add the email address you
supplied us for the app, your name, surname and a secure password. Then, you’re set to go!
You should go into the app without being prompted for a subscription payment
scheme.

    Hi there 


    I have a valid subscription and when I go to listen everything is locked and says I need to subscribe. It is on an auto renewal with the next date of renewal being 07.07.2025


    Please can you help.
