I haven’t received the links to my sessions?

Do not worry if you have not received your sessions; we will get this resolved for you quickly. 

The first thing to check is your "SPAM" or "Junk" folder. As you might not have had email communication before, your email provider might believe we are a company sending you spam mail. 

All you need to do is mark our emails, not spam, for the future. We send our sessions from our website and our server depending on the size of the package. Be sure to look out for "Clear Minds Hypnotherapy, Easy Downloads or Send Owl. 

Did you pay using Paypal when you purchased your sessions?

If you used Paypal to make your order make sure you check the email address attached to your PayPal account. As it might be you use a different email address for your Paypal account. 

Then, see that you haven’t had the money withheld and the transaction on hold because you’ve got a block or issue with your PayPal account. Check PayPal account settings and authorisation to payments. Otherwise, contact them.

What do I do if I still can not find it?

We want to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. You can either send us an email [e-mail] , You can "submit a request" here in our help centre, or you can send us a message on Facebook. We will then reply to you and send you your sessions via new links. 

Please do not send us messages and emails at the same time on multiple platforms. All the emails and messages go directly to our team and sending multiple messages will not resolve things quicker.
