We usually suggest listening to the sessions in the evenings or at night before bed because you will be more relaxed for the hypnotherapy to take effect. It will give better results when you’re more comfortable.
We advise you to lie down on a comfortable surface. For example, in bed or on a sofa. This way you will relax much easier whilst listening.
In a quiet, dimly lit room with no distractions. Get as comfortable as possible (clothes, lie-down surface, pillows) and use the bathroom if you need to before you start playing the hypnotherapy session.
Here are some things to avoid
Never use the sessions when driving or using machinery; the hypnotherapy sessions make many of our users drowsy and in a hypnotic state.
Hypnotherapy is NOT suitable for people with epilepsy.
Do not use the hypnotherapy sessions within 2 or 3 hours of excessive exercise or consuming large quantities of caffeine, sugar or other stimulants.
Avoid any distractions during your sessions, and make sure you do not get interrupted by anybody or anything. The sessions is your time to work on yourself.
What should I play the hypnotherapy session on?
You can play the hypnotherapy session from your smartphone or tablet (apple or android). Headphones will enhance the sound and help block out any background sound.
