We advise you to listen to a maximum of two hypnotherapy sessions a day and one 10 min guided meditation in the morning. This will give you time to allow your mind to focus and address each issue properly.
When just getting started we always suggest you pick a sessions that is focused towards your goal and only use this session for the first week.

I keep waking up during the night and everytime I wake up I put a session on to help get back to sleep is this ok?
