There are a few things you can do to help relax you before and during the session. We usually say to listen to them in the evening, wear comfortable clothing and set the scene in a dimly lit, quiet room with no distractions.
It also helps to use headphones as this enhances the surround sound and overall experience. It also helps to block out any background noise.
Also, ensure you have not consumed or done anything that would elevate your heart rate 2 hours before your session.
Avoid Caffeine and any strenuous exercise 3 hours before you start your hypnotherapy session.
